You deserve exactly what you want out of life. You are worth the investment of time, energy and money.  No matter where you are in your life and career, you are likely in some sort of transition.  We always are.

Transitions can be beautiful and can open opportunities for growth. However, they also sometimes leave us feeling stuck in the middle, either holding on to things that no longer serve us or being fearful of taking the next step.

We've all had the experience of seeing someone else's life situation and knowing exactly what they should do, yet wondering why they can't figure it out themselves–but this happen to all of us. When we find ourselves in the midst of a transition, whether in our career or in life, it can sometimes be challenging to see the possibilities that lie ahead. We often limit ourselves to thinking that there are only one or two solutions available, and if those options don't work out, we become frustrated and remain stuck in our current situation.

In my personal experience, I've found that seeking guidance from a reliable and credible third party can be immensely helpful. Engaging in discussions with someone who can offer fresh perspectives and introduce us to alternative options that we may have never considered on our own can truly broaden our horizons.

So, when is the right time for you to hire a career/transition coach? The right time is when you are ready to invest in yourself, when you would like help identifying what might be holding you back from living the life of your dreams, and when you want support and perspective to take those next steps into the future you desire.

Career coaching is an investment and it is something that should be taken seriously by both you and the coach. It's an investment in yourself and your future. My advice?  Find a career coach that is credible, reliable and who you feel a good connection with.  You'll be spending your time with this person on a weekly, bi-weekly or maybe even daily basis. It's crucial to feel understood by them, to recognize that they are good listeners, and to be able to have open and honest conversations with them, so they would be able to assist you effectively in reaching your desired goals.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions or if you would like to discuss whether career coaching is the next step for you.
